Highland Hills, Ohio — Intuit Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to sell Highland Hills-based Intuit Real Estate Solutions (IRES) to Vista Equity Partners for approximately $128 million in cash. IRES, formerly known as Management Reports Inc., is part of Intuit’s global business division that provides software and services to companies in the real estate management and investment industry. The transaction is subject to regulatory review and customary closing conditions and is slated to close on Jan. 31, 2010. At closing, IRES will be treated as a discontinued operation.
