Wood Partners Expands Specialty Housing Group

Atlanta — Wood Partners is expanding its division that handles student housing projects.

Atlanta — Wood Partners is expanding its Specialty Housing Group. The unit oversees the development, finance and construction of student, workforce and age-restructed housing. According to Wood Partners, the units has accounted for approximately a quarter of the company’s rental housing development in the past decade. The expansion will add five new team members, who will each oversee Specialty Housing Group projects in on of five regions. Wood Partners currently had 14 nationwide offices ,which will be grouped into Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Central and West regions. Wood Partners most recent student housing project was North 38 Apartments, which is located in Harrisonburg, Va., and serves students of James Madison University.
