Fayetteville, Ark. — XFD Real Estate has been awarded management of Axis on Futrall, a 658-bed student housing development currently underway near the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville. The project is being developed by Whitten Development Inc. and is owned by WEBR Investments. The community will offer 246 fully furnished units in studio through four-bedroom configurations with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, sunbathing decks, outdoor grilling space, individual and group study rooms, pickleball courts, an outdoor pavilion with electric vehicle charging stations and a frisbee golf course. The development is scheduled for completion in summer 2026.
