Bowling Green, Ky. and Omaha, Neb. — XFD Real Estate Partners has been awarded management of two student housing communities owned by The Vecino Group. New assignments include Muse – Bowling Green, serving students attending Western Kentucky University; and Muse – Omaha, located near the University of Nebraska Omaha. Muse – Bowling Green features a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom units alongside shared amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, outdoor study pavilion, individual and community study spaces, a fitness center and a 24-hour clubhouse. Muse – Omaha offers studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom units. Community amenities include a 24-hour clubhouse, fitness center, fire pit and group and individual study spaces.
