In his new position, Gonzalez will be responsible for sourcing new development, redevelopment and acquisition opportunities nationwide for Core Spaces’ co-living and student housing verticals. Gonzalez will also partner with the Chicago-based company’s development and construction teams to source, underwrite, acquire, design and entitle projects across the U.S. Prior to joining Core Spaces, Gonzalez worked as director of Berkadia’s student housing group.
