London — London-based The Dot Group has acquired European third-party student operator CRM Students from CORESTATE Capital Holdings for an undisclosed price. CRM Students’ portfolio includes over 100 properties spanning 27,000 beds in seven countries. CRM and its subsidiaries in the UK and Europe will become part of the broader Dot Group, operating as a white-label solution alongside Yugo, the company’s third-party management arm. The acquisition extends The Dot Group’s global footprint into four new European markets of Austria, Italy, Poland and Portugal, bringing its total portfolio to 80,000 beds.
