Indianapolis — Indianapolis-based The Annex Group — which develops student, affordable, workforce, active adult and market-rate housing — has appointed Nicole Nass to the role of vice president of property management. Nass, who has more than 16 years of experience in the multifamily sector, will lead the property management division. The Annex Group began offering property management services for select properties in 2022, implementing in-house management at all remaining properties in 2023. Jenni Yeagley, who previously served in the role, will take on a new role within the company.

West Lafayette, Ind. — Landmark Properties will develop The Standard at West Lafayette, a 678-bed student housing project located near Purdue University in West Lafayette. The community will offer 253 units in studio through four-bedroom configurations. The 240,299-square-foot building will feature 18,234 square feet of shared amenity space, including a rooftop clubhouse, outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness center, grilling areas, a gaming lounge and courtyard. West Lafayette. Ind. — Muinzer, in partnership with Walton Street Capital, has acquired two student housing communities located near the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette for $46 million. Acquisitions include Grant Street Station and South Street Station, which offer a total of 362 beds. The properties are 99 percent pre-leased ahead of the 2024-2025 academic year. Randall Calvert of TSB Realty arranged the acquisition of the properties from an undisclosed seller.

The property spans five buildings located at 300, 310 and 318 Salisbury St. and 229 and 235 Littleton St. The community offers 290 beds across 85 units and will be rebranded Victory on Salisbury.
