Redstone Residential Acquires 672-Bed Community Near Ball State University 

Muncie, Ind. — Redstone Residential has acquired The Haven Apartments, a 674-bed student housing community located near the Ball State University campus in Muncie. The community offers a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include two outdoor basketball courts, a 24-hour fitness center, tanning bed, swimming pool, television lounge, clubhouse and fire pit. The seller and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “Purchase, renovation and long-term hold of this vintage of apartment deals is my favorite thing to do — old enough to create a stunning transformation with interior and common area renovations, but new enough to have really good bones,” said CEO Grant Collard through a post about the transaction on LinkedIn.
