Indianapolis — Jason Taylor has joined The Annex Group as managing partner of the firm’s new public-private partnership (P3) division. Taylor most recently served as vice president of public-private partnerships with American Campus Communities. “Getting into P3 housing aligns with our company’s impact-focused mission,” says Kyle Bach, CEO of the Indianapolis-based company. “We are always looking for opportunities to enter new states and new markets if there is a considerable need for rental housing there. As the trend of increased enrollment continues for many of our nation’s colleges and universities, we know there will be an increased housing need, and we’re looking forward to helping fill it.”
