Trinitas Ventures Hires William Swiderski as Senior Vice President of Accounting, Financial Planning and Tax

Lafayette, Ind. — Trinitas Ventures has hired William Swiderski as senior vice president of accounting, financial planning and analysis and tax. Swiderski has 25 years of experience in accounting and investment management in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Trinitas, Swiderski served as the head of fund finance for DWS Group. “It gives me great confidence to know that Bill, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, is stepping into this role,” says Loren King, CEO of the Lafayette, Indiana-based firm. “He has a comprehensive understanding of best practices from great institutions that will help us lead Trinitas through our next stage of growth.
