Champion Real Estate Acquires Salisbury Campus Apartments Near Purdue University

West Lafayette, Ind. — Champion Real Estate Co. has acquired Salisbury Campus Apartments, a student housing community located near the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette. The property spans five buildings located at 300, 310 and 318 Salisbury St. and 229 and 235 Littleton St. The community offers 290 beds across 85 units and will be rebranded Victory on Salisbury. Purdue currently occupies the property under a master lease, which expires in 2025. Upon expiration, Champion Salisbury, a subsidiary of Champion, will begin renovations to the community.
