The garden-style community is composed of three buildings offering four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, private study lounges, a pet park and lounge area. Jeyton McNair and Mitch Holt of McNair represented the seller in the disposition. Both the buyer and seller were undisclosed.
