American Campus Communities Announces Leadership Promotions

Austin, Texas — American Campus Communities (ACC) has announced a number of leadership promotions. Kimmy Kelley has been promoted to chief marketing officer. In her new position, Kelley will lead the Austin, Texas-based company’s leasing and marketing initiatives using data science, analysis and marketing technology, while serving as a driver in implementing the company’s technology roadmap. Jamie Wilhelm has been promoted to chief development officer. He will oversee ACC’s external development growth strategy, which encompasses all aspects of development, including the company’s public-private partnership business, construction management, development and strategic acquisitions. Angela Testa has been promoted to the role of executive vice president of property operations. She will lead ACC’s operations across its entire portfolio, including facilities and retail. Larry Greenberg has been promoted to executive vice president of business operations. In his new role, Greenberg wil lead the systems that support operations and customer service, including quality assurance standards, procurement, renovations, capital expenditure implementation, systems solutions and residential management services. Dan Crownover has been promoted to executive vice president of asset management. In this position, Crownover will spearhead transactions, investments, dispositions, revenue management and market research for ACC.
