908 Development’s Louisville project.Louisville, Ky. — 908 Development Group has received final zoning approvals to develop a student housing community located across from the entrance to the University of Louisville. The firm is billing the development as a luxury, boutique project. It will add 105 units and 325 beds of housing that will serve students who attend the University of Louisville. The 1.6-acre site will offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments, along with a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse that will include a suite of other amenities. An additional amenity deck will be located on the parking structure, site of a resort-style pool, cabanas, barbecue grilling stations and resident interaction areas. Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2014 and will be complete before the fall semester, 2015.
