Cardinal Group Acquires 823-Bed Community Near Oklahoma State University 

Stillwater, Okla. — The Cardinal Group has acquired Midtown Stillwater, an 823-bed student housing community located near the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater. Built in 2017, the property offers 221 units in one-, two- , three- and four-bedroom configurations with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a rooftop state-of-the-art fitness center; swimming pool and sundeck with a view of campus; large study center; private meeting rooms; grilling stations; and an outdoor volleyball court. Sean Baird, Jonathan Holt, Logan Weaver, Grant Kollman and Charlie LaBarr of Colliers brokered the acquisition of the property from Real Equity Management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
