Madison, Wis. — Construction is underway on Chapter at Madison, a 534-bed student housing development located near the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. The 10-story project is being developed by CRG and is expected for completion in September 2024. Located at 802 Regent St., the development will offer a mix of studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Shared amenities will include a fitness center and yoga studio; private study spaces and conference rooms; a rooftop terrace and lounge with grilling stations, fire pits and gaming areas; and an underground parking garage. The property will also feature 2,200 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Chicago-based Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect for the project and Madison-based Findorff is serving as general contractor. Pre-leasing for the development is currently being conducted at 638 University Ave.
