Tampa, Fla. — Halstatt Real Estate Partners has sold The Henry, a 537-bed student housing community located near the University of Tampa. The property was acquired by a subsidiary of Strategic Facility Partners for an undisclosed price. The transaction was funded through the offering of tax-exempt and taxable bonds. Halstatt developed the community in 2021 through a partnership with Development Ventures Group and intowngroup. The 23-story tower offers 188 units in one-, two- and four-bedroom configurations. Each unit is furnished and includes a washers and dryer. Shared amenities at the property include a clubroom, lounge, coffee bar, gaming area, fitness center, sculpture garden, fire pit, gas grills and a swimming pool. The property also features 1,500 square feet of retail space and a dedicated parking garage offering 400 spaces for residents. RBC Capital Markets provided guidance to Halstatt during the disposition. Terms of the transaction were not provided.
