Innovation Village at FAU Opens Through Public-Private Partnership

Boca Raton, Fla. — Innovation Village, a recreation, residential and retail project serving Florida Atlantic University (FAU) has been completed through a joint venture between Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, Capstone Cos. and FAU’s Department of Housing. The public-private partnership developed and will manage the $123 million project, which includes 1,216 beds for undergraduate and graduate students on FAU’s Boca Raton campus. Pierce Goodwin Alexander & Linville Architects designed the project, which was constructed by Balfour Beatty Construction.
