Freso, Calif. — The property is the company’s third acquisition in 2012.
Fresno, Calif. — Los Angeles based M&A Real Estate Partners recently closed on Jefferson Commons, a 460-bed, Class A student housing community located less than one mile from Fresno State, one of the largest universities in the California State system.
Built in 2006 by JPI, Jefferson Commons offers its tenants fully furnished bedrooms alongside several amenities, including a resort style pool and spa, a newly renovated gym, and a computer lab. M&A plans on rebranding the property as Campus Park Fresno State and making several improvements to the property including renovating the club house and further enhancing the amenity base.
The property is currently 97 percent occupied for the 2012-2013 school year. This transaction represents M&A’s third student housing acquisition in 2012.
