Lafayette, Ind. — Trinitas Ventures has hired Julia Watson and Brett Hill to leadership positions. Julia Watson has been hired to the role of executive vice president of property management. In her new position, she will lead the Lafayette, Indiana-based firm’s property management strategy and operations. She brings over 22 years of experience in the multifamily industry to the position. She most recently served as senior vice president for an undisclosed management firm.
Brett Hill will serve as senior vice president of capital markets. In his new position, Hill will be responsible for executing on debt and equity capital markets activities and for developing and maintaining relationships with partners, lenders and intermediaries. Hill brings over 17 years of experience to the position. He most recently served as managing director at Greystone.
Mark Baumgarten has also been named to the role of executive vice president of special projects. In his new role, Baumgarten will lead strategic initiatives and special projects that drive the acceleration of the company’s overall real estate platform.
