Bloomington, Ind. — Aspen Heights Partners is set to break ground on Aspen Heights Bloomington, a 671-bed community located near the Indiana University Bloomington campus.
The four-building property will offer shared amenities including outdoor courtyards, a resort-style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, resident clubhouse and indoor study areas. Financing for the development was provided by Pacific Western Bank. Aspen Heights is scheduled to break ground on the project this summer with completion expected by fall 2024.
