Columbus, Ohio — CA Student Living has been selected to manage The View on Pavey Square, a 293-bed student housing community serving Ohio State University. The community, which opened in fall 2020, offers studio through four-bedroom floor plans, in addition to five townhomes. The property was developed and is owned by Solove Real Estate. Units are fully furnished and range from 456 to 1,584 square feet. Amenities include a fitness center, study rooms, student lounge, coffee bar and outdoor courtyard.
