Caliber Living Awarded Management of The Creed Group’s Ivy Row Brand of Student Housing Properties

Scottdale, Ga. — Caliber Living has been awarded management of The Creed Group’s portfolio of ‘Ivy Row’ branded student housing communities. The Ivy Row portfolio currently consists of three properties in Alabama and Mississippi. Two additional Ivy Row communities are scheduled to break ground this summer in Jacksonville, Alabama, and Ruston, Louisiana. “Caliber Living is delighted to provide service to the Ivy Row brand,” says Rick Jones, president of Caliber Living. The Scottdale, Georgia-based company’s Jacob Dzurino was recently promoted to vice president of sales and client services, where one of his responsibilities will be to act as conduit to Ivy Row.
