Austin, Texas — Austin-based Campus Advantage and Atlanta-based Student Quarters plan to launch Centricity, a centralized property management support company for student housing and conventional multifamily properties in early March. The joint venture will offer centralized support services for property management firms including:
- Full-scale property accounting
- Human resources
- IT standardization, administration and support
- Property insurance programs; and
- Limited-scope risk management services

In this format, our respective core property management operations and cultures remain unique, while we join forces to create a central hub for essential community solutions. It’s a win-win and we believe it provides a needed solution to others in the student housing and multifamily industry.”
The company will officially launch on March 4.
