Philadelphia — Student housing company adds portfolios in four markets.
Philadelphia — Philadelphia-based Campus Apartments has expanded its third party management portfolio in four markets. The privately held student housing company has been awarded contracts to manage a 506-bed student housing portfolio in Ann Arbor, Mich., a 756-bed portfolio in Tucson, Ariz., a 928-bed portfolio in Morgantown, W. Va., and a 933-bed portfolio in Norfolk, Va.
“Our long history of being developers, owners and operators gives us a unique perspective in the industry,” said Miles Orth, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Campus Apartments. “This has allowed us to grow our third party management portfolio and become a trusted, turnkey property management solution.”
