Cardinal Group Promotes Jenn Cassidy to President of Property Operations, Experience

Denver — Cardinal Group has promoted Jenn Cassidy to president of property operations and experience. In her new role, Cassidy will lead operational leadership and team members across Cardinal Group’s portfolio, including the Denver-based company’s student, conventional multifamily, built-to-rent, military and co-living verticals. Cassidy brings 20 years of experience in operations to the position. She joined Cardinal in 2020 as senior vice president of student housing operations, and has played a pivotal role in defining and driving operational performance metrics. “Property operations is the core of what we do at Cardinal,” says Cassidy. “It is an honor to lead the team and work alongside so many talented individuals as we continue to innovate our platform to provide exceptional experiences for our residents, clients, and team members.”
