Coastal Ridge Hires Michael Huereque as Executive Director of Marketing, Promotes Dan Dooley to CIO

Columbus, Ohio — Coastal Ridge Real Estate has hired Michael Huereque as executive director of marketing and promoted Dan Dooley to the role of chief investment officer. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Huereque served as head of growth at SAMY Alliance and executive vice president at Agency FIFTY3. In his new role, Huereque will be responsible for all corporate and property marketing strategies employed by the Columbus, Ohio-based firm. Dan Dooley will now oversee the investment and portfolio management division of the company. He joined Coastal Ridge in 2020 and previously served as managing director of investments.
