East Greenwich, R.I. — Corvias has named Thelma Edgell senior vice president of property management for the company’s higher education portfolio.
In her new role, Edgell will be responsible for ensuring operational, financial and programmatic success for the East Greenwich, Rhode Island-based company’s portfolio, while also delivering value to its student residents and partners.
Edgell joins Corvias with over 20 years of experience in property management and operations throughout the U.S., where she oversaw 25 assets both on and off campus. “This is a tremendous opportunity to share and utilize my skills and experience,” Edgell says. “I am looking forward to meeting the teams and adding my contributions to the successful operating platform for the higher education segment.”
