Murfreesboro, Tenn. — Capstone Real Estate Investments (CREI) has acquired The Pointe at Raiders Campus, a 756-bed student housing community located near Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. An extensive renovation is planned for the property including the development of new floor plan options, and will begin during the first quarter of 2022. The company’s property management division will also implement operational enhancements to security, building accessibility and on-site management services. The seller and terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
