Waco, Texas — JLL has brokered the sale of Oso Verde, a 297-bed student housing property located near the Baylor University campus in Waco. Teddy Leatherman, Scott Clifton and Kevin Kazlow of JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Bullseye Development, and the buyer, Versity Invest, in the transaction. Oso Verde offers 103 fully furnished units in one-, two-, four- and five-bedroom configurations. Units feature bed-to-bath parity and patios and balconies. Shared amenities include shuttle service to campus; a resort-style swimming pool with a lounge deck; fitness center; volleyball and basketball courts; and putt putt golf.
