Knoxville, Tenn. — A joint venture between Landmark Properties and Manulife Investment Management has announced plans for The Mark Knoxville, an 834-bed student housing project located near the University of Tennessee campus in Knoxville.

The community will offer units in a mix of studio through five-bedroom configurations. Shared amenities will include a rooftop pool and jumbotron, 24-hour study lounge, pickle-ball court, clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, fire pits, grilling stations and hammock groves.

Construction on the project is scheduled to begin in June with completion planned for August 2025. Landmark Construction will act as general contractor for the development.

“The Mark Knoxville is the second project in our partnership with Manulife Investment Management and it will be our fourth property near The University of Tennessee,” says Landmark President and CEO, Wes Rogers. “We like the underlying fundamentals of the Knoxville market and look forward to delivering more purpose-built student housing beds.”
