New Contract in Gainesville For Peak Campus Management

Gainesville, Fla. — $2 million investement in upgrades, amenities and landscaping are planned at the property, which was opened in the mid 1990s.

The Pavilion on 62nd in Gainesville, Fla.Gainesville, Fla. — Peak Campus Management has been selected as the property manager for the Pavilion on 62nd apartments, (formerly the District on 62nd) a 990-bed purpose-built student housing community serving the students of the University of Florida.

The Pavilion on 62nd is a garden-style community consisting of 27 three-story buildings on 32 acres, which opened in two phases in 1994 and 1996. The project amenities include two swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness center, indoor racquetball courts, lighted basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, a computer lab, game room, and controlled-access gates.

Included in the management strategy will be the implementation of a large $2 million capital investment in unit upgrades, amenities, and landscaping to enhance product positioning in the market and improve curb appeal.
