Indianapolis — Peak Campus has been awarded management of two student housing communities developed by a partnership between Strategic Capital Partners and the University of Indianapolis.
Assigned properties include Greyhound Village, a 480-bed community located on the northwest corner of campus adjacent to the Krannert Memorial Library; and University Lofts, a 300-bed community currently under construction adjacent to campus.
Greyhound Village offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a fitness center; clubhouse with lounge areas and game equipment; and private study rooms.
University Lofts will be completed in January of next year. The community will offer one-, two- and four-bedroom, apartment-style units to undergraduate and graduate students.
