Peak Campus, PeakMade Communities Rebrand as PeakMade Real Estate

by Katie Sloan

Atlanta — PeakMade Real Estate is set to retire its Peak Campus and PeakMade Communities brands, operating under one name for both its student housing and multifamily platforms.

This strategy will allow the company to grow vertically as an integrated real estate services firm, while retaining the legacy of its initial brands. The Atlanta-based company will also launch a new website and consolidated social media platforms.

“When we established PeakMade Real Estate, it was always our goal to create a consistent approach to how we work in all aspects of our business, whether working under our student platform, Peak Campus, or our multifamily platform, PeakMade Communities,” says CEO Bob Clark.

“We knew that this was just the beginning and at a pivotal moment in our journey, we would move into phase two of our brand: bridging the gap between our platforms and creating a space where everyone under PeakMade could thrive, work together and be a valuable partner in any aspect of our business,” he continues.
