Realco Acquires Tallahassee, Fla., Apartments in All-Cash Transaction

The complex will be rebranded as 1303 Ocala.

Tallahassee, Fla. — Realco Capital Partners, LLC has acquired the 168-unit, 340-bed apartment complex at 1303 Ocala Rd. in Tallahassee in an all-cash transaction. Previously known as Casa Cordoba Apartments, the complex will be rebranded as 1303 Ocala. Houston-based Asset Campus Housing will manage the property, which is located just 1 mile from the campus of Florida State University.
