Brenham, Texas — A public-private partnership between Servitas and Blinn College has reached financial close for a 504-bed student housing development on the college’s campus in Brenham. The $35.9 million project was financed through a public-private partnership tax-exempt bond underwritten by Raymond James. The development is set to include a 320-bed building and a 184-bed building, both scheduled to open in fall 2022. The project’s development team includes developer Servitas; Servitas Management Group for operations and management; Moss & Associates as general contractor; and architectural firm Kirksey Architecture.
