Subtext Completes 153-Unit Student Housing Project Near Ohio State University

Columbus, Ohio — Subtext Living has completed the development of VERVE Columbus, a 153-unit student housing project located near the Ohio State University campus in Columbus. The community offers studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units in apartment and townhome configurations with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas and lounge areas; a courtyard with yard games and fire pits; an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations; private and group study spaces; a 24-hour fitness center; dog park; lobby coffee bar; and a clubroom and community kitchen. The nine-story development also feature on-site retail space, private bike storage and a private parking garage. The development team for the project included Brinkmann Constructors and Dynamik Design.
