Albany, N.Y. — DMG Investments has broken ground on a 322-bed student housing community located near the State University of New York at Albany campus in Albany.
Greenville, N.C. — Greenville-based Taft Development Group, in partnership with Ward Holdings and Waterford Contracting DBA Taft Construction Group, has broken ground on The Proximity at 10th, a 609-bed student housing project located adjacent to the heart of the East Carolina University (ECU) main campus in Greenville.
San Marcos, Texas — EdR has opened The Local Downtown, a 304-bed community located near Texas State University in San Marcos.
Gainesville, Fla. — A joint venture between Batson-Cook Development Co. (BCDC), 908 Group and Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors has broken ground on The Nine @ Gainesville, a $54 million student housing community situated less than a quarter-mile from the University of Florida’s campus in Gainesville.
Austin, Texas — Lincoln Ventures is set to break ground on The Ruckus, a 160-bed, Class A student housing community located two blocks west of the University of Texas at Austin campus.
Warrensburg, Mo. — Annex Student Living has broken ground on Annex 56, a 324-bed student housing community located adjacent to the University of Central Missouri campus in Warrensburg.
