Campus Crossings at Sherwood Forest has received $27.75 million in financing.
Greensboro, N.C. — The Charlotte office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has arranged a $27.75 million first mortgage for Campus Crossings at Sherwood Forest, a Class A student housing property situated a half-mile from the campus of University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The community features 790 beds in 297 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Amenities include a clubhouse that features flat-screen televisions, pool tables, a business center, private study lounges, a movie theater, and gaming and music rooms. A fitness center features a climbing wall, an aerobics room, tanning beds and a heated pool/hot. The community also contains another swimming pool outside as well as volleyball and bocce ball courts. The borrower’s name was not disclosed. The lender was Freddie Mac.
