Cardinal Group Adds 1,600 Beds to Management Portfolio

Denver — Denver-based Cardinal Group Management has been awarded management of two student housing communities comprising 1,600 beds in Idaho and Indiana.

Properties include Willowbrook West, a 1,100-bed, value-add community located near Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana; and The Vista, a 539-bed student housing community built in 2015 near Boise State University in Idaho.
