Industry Veteran Eddie Moreno Acquires, Relaunches The Turn Company

Denver — Industry veteran Eddie Moreno has acquired and relaunched The Turn Company, a service provider specializing in the turn of student housing communities. Moreno is founder and CEO of Bosque Holdings and was formerly a partner at Cardinal Group Management. Mat Windsor, former vice president of The Turn Company, will lead the Denver-based firm as partner and president. “I am eager to build upon the name and reputation of The Turn Company and expand its services in the student housing and multifamily space,” says Moreno. “We’re fortunate to have an exceptional team who has worked together for the last several years and are ready to engage with clients for this summer’s student housing turn season and future capital projects.
