Lubbock, Texas — McGrath Real Estate Partners has announced plans for The Saltus, a student housing development located near the Texas Tech University campus in Lubbock.
The project is named after the city’s namesake, Thomas Saltus Lubbock, and is scheduled for completion in fall 2025. The project will offer one- to five-bedroom units in nine different configurations ranging from 559 square feet to 2,025 square feet.
Shared amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas; outdoor table tennis; two pickle-ball courts; dog park; corn hole boards; an outdoor amphitheater; and a grilling terrace.
