Multiversity Housing Partners Awarded Management of 121-Bed Community Near Frostburg State University

Frostburg, Md. — Multiversity Housing Partners (MVHP) has been awarded management of University Park Apartments, a 121-bed student housing community located across the street from Frostburg State University’s main campus in Maryland. The company will oversee a repositioning of the community, which offers one- and two-bedroom units.  “The MVHP team is excited about managing this property on behalf of a third-party owner and turning this asset into the premier off-campus student property at Frostburg State University,” says Christopher Feeley, managing partner of MVHP. “This will be done through the new MVHP management team and professional platform.”
