Dallas — Rael Development Corp. has hired Stephen Whitehead as partner and director of capital markets. The privately held real estate investment and development firm is based in Dallas. Rael has owned and developed a portfolio of retail, industrial and multifamily assets, as well as student housing communities adjacent to major universities. Whitehead joins the company from NorthMarq Capital, where he most recently served as senior vice president and managing director.
