Realco Capital, Arcapita Sell 641-Bed Community Near Clemson University 

Clemson, S.C. — Realco Capital Partners and Arcapita have sold Clemson Lofts, a 641-bed community located near the Clemson University campus in South Carolina. Core Spaces acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Chris Epp, Craig Miller, Matthew Chase, Holden Penn, Ben Sarna, Sarah Foronda, Will Baker and William Shell of Walker & Dunlop arranged the disposition and secured acquisition financing alongside TSB Capital Advisors. Clemson Lofts offers a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include private and group study space, outdoor yoga space, a collaboration lounge, clubhouse, outdoor game day lounge, resort-style swimming pool, hot tub and a dog park.
