Mesa, Ariz. — Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has acquired Century Hall, a 318-bed residence hall located on the Arizona State University Polytechnic campus in Mesa, for $27 million.
Starkville, Miss. — EdR and Mississippi State University have broken ground on College View, an on-campus, mixed-use development that will offer 656 beds of student housing upon completion.
West Lafayette, Ind. — A joint venture between the Purdue Research Foundation, Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and Walsh Investors has broken ground on Aspire at Discovery Park, an 835-bed student housing community located within a $1 billion development district on the west side of the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette.

Champaign, Ill. — A partnership between The Opus Group and The Carlyle Group has broken ground on a 548-bed student housing community located near the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus in Champaign.
Boulder, Colo. — Construction is underway on Williams Village East, a 178,000-square-foot, 700-bed residence hall located at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Detroit, Mich. — Wayne State University and Corvias have received $307.5 million in private financing for the development of new and renovation of existing housing at the University’s campus in Detroit.
Boise, Idaho — EdR has opened Honors College and Sawtooth Hall, a 656-bed residence hall located on the campus of Boise State University.
Davis, Calif. — University Student Living and The University of California, Davis are set to begin development on two communities that will total 2,775 on-campus beds.
Tampa, Fla. — Capstone Development Partners and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital have opened Phase I of The Village, an on-campus mixed-use development at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
