Pullman, Wash. — A joint venture between The Annex Group and Eastmark Capital Group has announced The Annex of Pullman, a $47.8 million student housing project located near Washington State University.
Construction is currently underway on the development, which is located adjacent to the north side of the university’s campus at 1555 NE Northwood Drive in Pullman. The garden-style project will offer 399 beds in 204 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Shared amenities are set to include a fitness center, study rooms, a clubhouse, outdoor patio and parking.
The project’s development team includes SynTier Engineering and architectural firm CUBE 3. Financing for the development includes $15.6 million in equity from investors on CrowdStreet and $32.2 million in construction and permanent financing from Citywide Banks. Completion of the project is planned for fall 2024.
