Asset Living Awarded Management of Two Student Housing Communities in Florida, Texas

Houston and Tallahassee, Fla. — Asset Living has been awarded management of two student housing communities in Florida and Texas. New assignments include Vue on MacGregor, a 347-bed community serving students attending the University of Houston in Texas; and The Campbell, located near Florida State University in Tallahassee. Vue on MacGregor offers a mix of fully furnished one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Shared amenities include dedicated study rooms, a swimming pool, two fitness centers, a business center and dog park. The Campbell offers two-, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom units. Shared amenities include two swimming pools; a relaxation spa; Jumbotrons for game day; fireside lounges; a hammock garden; outdoor game lawn and putting range; an outdoor HIIT turf field and fitness zone; two fitness centers; a yoga studio; sauna; and study lounges.
