Apex Student Living Acquires Two Communities Near Oklahoma State, Southeastern Louisiana
Stillwater, Okla. and Hammond, La. — Apex Student Living, a joint venture between Alexandra Capital and Axela Group, has acquired two student housing communities in Oklahoma and Louisiana. Acquisitions include Apex on Perkins, a 732-bed student housing community located near Oklahoma State University; and Apex at the Grande, a 480-bed student housing community located near Southeastern Louisiana University. Apex on Perkins was acquired from Ladder Capital and Tailwind for $23.7 million. Apex at the Grande was acquired from Davis Management for $42 million.
