Laramie, Wyo. — Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of The Verge, a 620-bed student housing complex located near the University of Wyoming in Laramie.
The 332-bed, apartment-style community will be set for occupancy in August 2012.
The student housing REIT currently has 24 projects in various stages of development.
